La Piattaforma CRM che traspone i Main Business process "Lead to Cash" prevede la parametrizzazione e la configurazione dell'organizzazione , unitamente alle feature e capabilites che possono essere utilizzate. 
il corso prevede l'acquisizione delle competenze e knowledge per l'implementazione in modalità low Code ( Declarative) tramite il framework Salesforce Lightning. il modello di implementazione ufficiale Salesforce prevede tipicamente un 80% no code e mediamente un 20 % tramite code.
